They wrote a letter saying that they will take legal action if he continues with his false allegations. You can't threaten a person with legal action based off imaginary claims. Just because we didn't see the posts doesn't mean they didn't take place. If Gabe is so sure that his info is accurate then he can always write and article and expose the alleged claims seeing as though they're facts lol.

And also GBP isn't represented by one lawyer, they have a law firm backing them. I'm sure the law firm knows what they are doing.

This makes no sense, because what facts? he did emailed them after receiving the letter letting them know how wrong that they are.

And, again the firm are idiots because they don't understand that the press are protected by law in California.

So why don't you ask Golden Boy and Mayweather to disclose those test results and their agreement with USADA?? They are the ones that have the proof!! Don't you want to know the truth?? Or are you afraid of it??

How can a journalist have the proof when all he's doing is asking questions and listening to his sources?? The proof is in those documents with Golden Boy, Mayweather and USADA.

they didn't make the allegations, Gabe did. He can cease and desist or he can shut gloden boy up and provide proof. Anything other than the later lets me know he is full of *****

So far everyone is giving their $0.02. And, no one has seen a post with Gabe claiming anything.

GBP F'd up with that letter. That letter is going to end up exposing GBP before it ends up exposing Gabe. Something is not right with how GBP acted by Gabe just asking questions to NSAC. Add the Quillin-Wright thing which maybe end up getting swept under the rug. It is right to act su****ious and as GBP to answer some questions.

He only denies that he made the allegations in the letter, there was no proof provided. He says he was asking questions, ok, where are the answers? Gabe can't make this stuff up or can he? Gabe should disclose all the answers since he's 100% sure of his source on Mayweather testing positive 3 times.

Floyd seems to be paying a whole lot EXTRA after testing clean. When I drove a muscle car years ago, it kept failing the emissions test. So I was forced to pay double the inspection fee and voila....my inspection passed

It's very possible. Hopefully, GB, Floyd & USADA provide copies of their agreement to the public and end all speculation. They have nothing to hide, right? VADA seemed to not want to sign that agreement for Khan-Peterson.

Did you see such post from Gabe, I hope you did since you said they are now deleted. You saw them right? What did it say exactly?

I didnt see it my self but Ive seen a couple people say so in different spots now, that things were said on doghouseboxing forum, and they were deleted. Also the forum magically just stop working for hours, around that same time.

Another thing I noticed the original thread about the story was posted on here, and was on here for hours during a time Mods were on, thread was pages and pages long (30+). Then all of sudden Boom the thread on the topic disappears around the same time Gabe starting making the claims of "I didn't say anything". I saw that for myself.

Also therea very interesting thread over on doghouseboxing complaining about Mods/writers not only deleting and closing threads, but deleting post or responded to the post then deleting them all together, then re responding I guess to make their arguments come off better. Its a mess over there when it comes to deleting closing threads.

Gabe also made a interesting comment on another forum "I did not delete threads nor ask for them to be deleted." As if they were deleted but is saying he didnt ask them to do it, other mods did it on their own.

So wait a minute it is up to Gabe to prove that he didn't say what they're accusing him off?

I would think it would be up to GBP to prove it no? But, according to you it's up to Gabe? So I can accuse you of using a racial slur in this forum to get you banned. So you would have to prove that you didn't say it...Is that right?

How do you know if he got any answers? And, lets say he did. How do you know it wasn't partial answers and he is working on getting more? And, lets say he did get full answers. How you know he isn't facts checking those answers?

Is Gabe 100% positive in his source that Floyd tested positive 3x....Do you have proof of Gabe being 100%?

Listen to the Montoya's interview today. I linked it in a previous post on this thread. Because it's now a legal situation, he has to limit his comments. But when he was asked about how confident he is about his source regarding Floyd and his test results, Gabe said out of 1 to 10, it's a 20!

This is based off Mayweather testing positive 3 times. So if he sooooo confident about the test result source, doesn't this mean that an allegation was made that Mayweather tested positive? No? I guess the GBP lawyers made it all up.
