Exactly! All Montoya did was interview credible sources and it got back to Golden Boy. Most likely, GB lawyers sent cease & desist letters to Montoya and his sources before anyone could write about it.

Golden Boy knows they are in control because ONLY their office and USADA have those documents (Floyd's test results and USADA testing agreements). As long as they don't disclose them, the truth will never come out! What is the truth exactly? We don't know! That is why Maxboxing is asking for it.....

Was anyone talking about anywhere of Floyd failing 3 test results before that letter was posted? Gabe never mentioned it on twitter nor on a article. Was there any discussion about it before that letter?

Maybe, because Mayweather understands that Gabby actually never maid any claims and just asked questions. Therefor why would Mayweather get his lawyer involved when nothing wrong is going on? Now if Gabby would have said such claims then Mayweather could have gotten his lawyers. But, that didn't happen.

Gaby was saying that a potential working relationship with GBP and USADA might be coming on board...And, that Quillin-Wright would be the first one. Then when the samples was trashed and Gabe made a couple articles about the sample getting trash is when GBP lawyer came into play. Don't even know why they mentioned Floyd.

But, like I said that letter says more about Golden Boy than Floyd himself or Gabe.

Listen to the Montoya's interview today. I linked it in a previous post on this thread. Because it's now a legal situation, he has to limit his comments. But when he was asked about how confident he is about his source regarding Floyd and his test results, Gabe said out of 1 to 10, it's a 20!

Because, of that post from another forum you providing says nothing really. Just the same ol' Gabe said this(no proof) and GBP sent a letter. I read that letter it says more about Golden Boy and how they're acting then about what Gabe supposedly said.

Did anyone actually read a post from Gabe that actually accuses anyone?

Do you honestly think that GBP lawyers are dumb enough to send a letter like that for no reason? In the letter they listed specific things. I find it hard to believe that they made all those claims up from thin air. They saw those claims and took action, plain and simple. The real question is where is gabes evidence? Who did he question and so forth?

I have no idea bro. I'm just tired of all this sh itting on a man who is using better testing and trying to clean the sport. Where other boxers and their fan boys are fine with simple piss tests that anyone can pass using peds and I'm a Floyd hater but give him props for using better testing

does it matter? The results are the only thing that matter. 2 clean fighters elected to take OST and they came out clean. I got to give them props for doing that in a sport where cheaters are rampant. By the way there is a number you can call in that link. Call them and ask them if it's that important to you.

Do I believe GBP are that dumb? Yes because they don't know that the press is protected in California. How can Gabe give evidence in claims that don't exist? Where is GBP evidence that Gabe made such claims?

Like I said before, I think that cease & desist letter was sent to stop him from writing an article after he interviewed his sources. And by Maxboxing publishing the cease & desist letter and Gabe's reply on their own site, it blew up in Golden Boy's face.

Now Golden Boy is being asked to provide copies of Floyd's test results and copies of the USADA agreement. If they have nothing to hide, then they should have provide Maxboxing the copies or at least some of them to clear all the mystery!!
