I think you mixed it up. Remember Mosley begging Pac for a fight before he fought Floyd? I think Shane got down on his hands and knees and agreed to multiple Mannyweights, pac turned him down and then Shane called him out for being scared. Meantime Roach stated that Mosley was "too good"....
