Paul was supposed to get the fight, his accident had them trying to rush Kirk back in the mix and NOW dudes are breaking the code by taking a promoter's word over a fighter's...*** the promoter, respect the fighter!!

i think its pretty clear what hes saying. i dont see what the issue is here. many of us were surprised the fight was coming off anyways. let the dude heal and make sure hes ready for the level of fight that canelo brings. there are plenty of other fighters itching for a chance at canelo. there are other fights to be made.

None of that changes the fact that he told his managers that he was injured and couldn't fight and then he turned around and asked for more than double the money - and says he's not 100% - but for more than double he'll do it.

Money is a pretty good motivator.

I would change my mind on a lot of things if the money was doubled.

I agree with him too. Before the fight was ever mentioned he stated he wouldn't be in fighting condition before october. He's supposed to agree to gingers ppv for peanuts, unhealthy at that??
