Yep, 2012 has been an awful year so far in terms of cancelled fights, not to mention fights that just won't get made.

Thank God... Make a fight worth watching for the undercard on HBO. If they insist on an overrated heavyweight who specializes in knockouting cab drivers, I believe Kimbo Slice is available and interested.

this is a good scrap. both fighters are at the same level at this point of their careers. they both beat the C & C+ fighters & putting them in the ring is good for ther division. this is a huge fight for both. banks has been waiting for a big fight. he vacated the NABF title instead of fighting his mandatory tony grano. banks has not got the big fights while under the K2 banner. these are exactly the kind of fights the division needs. 2 contenders fighting each other instead of lesser opposition.
