Im not saying the he is flashy, or that he will blow his money, but in the picture in my AV, he was wearing a close to 1,000 Louis Vuitton sweater, and 600-700 Louis Vuitton sunglasses.
Thats a lot to wear for an off day, after a fight, when you are checking out of the hotel.
Plus the watch he was wearing was all black diamonds, and had to be worth tens of thousands of dollars.Comment

I'm sure he has made enough to get through. When things change in life, you adjust. He seems smart enough to realize that he won't be making anywhere close to what he was making as a pro fighter and now has to change his spending expenses. It shouldn't be that hard to do because he seems down to earth and a person that enjoys the finer things in life(which are usually pretty cheap), and being possibly in a wheel chair all your life will probably restrict a lot of things that might be a bit expensive. I can't imagine Paul really wanting to party it up at expensive night clubs any longer.
He will need to find new hobbies though, because his new lifestyle could be a tad bit less exciting. Being out on the water is a good start for sure. Relax, sit on the porch and enjoy life. I think he will be just fine.Comment

He made good money from boxing. And, from all accounts he lives a very conservative lifestyle. Doesn't splurge his money all over the place. And, it has been said that he has invested well. I think he is going to be OK...Hopefully he is set for life.Comment

No he isn't and a lot of people know Floyd gives back a ton to the sport. Floyd is a very caring and respectable person off the camera. If you ever met him you certainly wouldn't question this. He is a very humble guy and goes the extra miles for fans. I've never met Manny in real life but everything I have read or heard about him outside the ring is almost the opposite of Floyd.
I've never cared too much about how an athlete is outside of their sport because I don't care to be their friends but it is rather interesting in the case of Floyd/Manny. Floyd is supposed to be this bad guy but in real life he's rather nice and Manny being the nice guy in front of the camera, but not so nice in real life.Comment

Black Diamonds are not as pricy as white diamonds are H mah good homie, so his watch may not have cost as much as you think(Johnny be killin fools down at Sharpstown on his prices). But Boxing was not Paul's only income, so he was more than likely fine with small splurges here and there. Thats somethin I do. Buy something really nice once in a blue moon. I wouldnt be surprised if Paul did the same, being that 1600-1700 is a drop in the bucket to the purses he was getting for giving it his all in the ring.Im not saying the he is flashy, or that he will blow his money, but in the picture in my AV, he was wearing a close to 1,000 Louis Vuitton sweater, and 600-700 Louis Vuitton sunglasses.

I was at the DC presser for Floyd/Shane, and I vouch every word you just said Check my man. Floyd is really an awesome person. No he isn't and a lot of people know Floyd gives back a ton to the sport.
