What do you expect, he is a politician. Didn't he mention "Handlers"? You even said it yourself. Second language is not the gauge to judge a persons intelligence. Besides he's from another country and he's learning and helping people at same time, that's what matters.

Let's not act like this was a one on one inteview. This reads more like Pacman's handlers got the questions via e-mail and then answered them for him. Pac isn't the most eloquent of speakers. We've all heard him do interviews in English and Tagalog.
