I hope Froch affords the same courtesy to Dirrell as Kessler is prepared to extend to him by rematching him in his home country.

Half the people thought Dirrell beat Froch, so if he is a man of honour and of his word and all the rest of the stuff he says, that clearly Mikkel Kessler is, then he'll rematch Dirrell in America provided he beats Froch.

Or, does being a man and a man of your word and honour etc only count to Froch when he's lost the fight, not to the guys that he got a close decision against that most people think he lost.
Dirrell has done nothing in a long time. If Dirrell gets off his arse and starts producing the goods in the ring I'm sure Froch would be up for fighting him again. But at the moment, there is virtually no demand for that fight, the reason being that Kessler-Froch was a fight of the year candidate, whereas Froch-Dirrell stunk the joint out.

Not to mention while Froch was fighting Abraham, Johnson, Ward and then jumping right to Bute after the tournament, Dirrell was waiting for word from Dr. Shaw Hi, fighting Darryl Cunningham, and then settling on another layoff of close to six months now (with exception made for the moment due to his brother being hurt recently; family first; not that he had anything even close to significant signed before that).

Froch isn't gonna do that fight. There's no money in that fight in the U.S.. Especially not in Detroit, where Dirrell is from.

Yeah, I'm hoping Bute stays out of the picture so that Kessler-Froch II can happen.

Nobody wants that fight again though. It was rubbish. Kessler Froch 2 is happening because it was great 1st time. Not every close fights needs a rematch. Are you saying that Ward must fight Froch again in Nottingham cuz that was a close one on the cards atleast.

I think if Froch wins this by KO/TKO or very convincingly he'll finally get some props that he has improved.
