Cuban heavyweight Luis Ortiz, fifth ranked in the latest rankings of the World Boxing Association (WBA) wants to make history by becoming the first heavyweight champion of his country. Why bother having an eliminator... We both know know they won't fight for the belt unless its vacant

      Good news.

This is a good, competitive HW fight and a difficult one to predict. Ustinov punches hard (when he lands) and is very strong and durable. Ortiz is a decent puncher too, and is faster with better boxing skills.

I can see Ortiz completely outclassing Ustinov the whole fight. Ustinov has nonexistent defense and will be countered to death by Ortiz who might be able to score a late tko if he focuses enough.

Ortiz is a bit ****y but he surely beats Ustinov and then he would be a good challenger for Povetkin.

this should be a decent fight although i find ustinov similar to valuev in a sense that he doesn't seem to fight any top HWs. he has been beating C & C+ level opponents. ortiz has been fighting even weaker opposition. ustinov beat monte barrett with a 12 rd decision. he is just big but very slow. both have lots to prove yet.
