I like the realism of the fighters and their movement in fnc.

Boxer's Road 2 or Victorious Spirits are the best boxing games.

As for the fight night series, Champion is probably the best. However like others have said, the footwork is absolutely awful.

Fight Night Round 3 is the worst of the bunch

round3.....was probably the most accurate boxing game arguably of all time....different punching styles and stances....nice blend of arcade and realism...and styles really made fights on that game....I loved the ability to parry or slip a punch and counter

there are a lot of improvements to be made in FNC, but anybody saying that Round 3 or 4 had better/ more fluid movement is out of their mind lol...Round 3 & 4 had great parrying systems but it looked like Rock Em Sock Em robots lol....

FNC improved a lot in making the punches feel more natural, although I wish they varied the styles a bit. im not a huge gamer and i play FNC all the time, especially when im on the road.

if anybody got FNC on PS3 add me my gamertag is MalikShammgod,

If y'all remember Knockout Kings 2001, that was by far the best as far as gameplay and strategy. If they remade that game with todays Graphics, that would be the shiznit

But FNC is imo the most realistic boxing game ever made. But the stamina is insanely taxing, the replays of KDs/KOs look so weak, and the slow foot work every fighter has, a host of issues. Legacy mode needs a major revamp, and Champion mode was very disappointing, left a lot to be desired.

Fight Night Round 4 had a great roster, but I hated the punching animations and I'm a buttons person, using the joystic to punch was a drag for me, so I didn't really play Round 4 too much.
The stamina isn't taxing, I've entered the final rounds with above 90 stamina. It is about conserving your energy, if you have good accuracy, the amount you recover will be less than the amount you spend.

But I have great accuracy! I almost always have a connect percentage of 74! That's unheard of in real life, and that makes this game even more unrealistic. Plus, I don't like to just play as a skilled counter puncher, I like to mix it up and play with many different boxers some like Margarito who just come forward and throw tons of punches, and others who are intelligent brawlers that like going to the body... the game doesn't really enable me to do that, my fighters always gas... but I never go to decision anyway, ALL of my fights always end in KO and that is another unrealistic thing about the game.

Delete the patch and bump the speed up to 8 and power to 7 and fight night champion is a hell of a game...round 3 was trash by comparison with the kung-fu parry

In all fairness they are all crap now that I got suckered into buying time and time again. If you master the system after rd 3 it's all about points and letting you opponent get tired until you ko him. What I mean by r At least in 3 you had the up and down block system which allowed for more strategy if you ask me. Overall FN2 was the best one to me..Best career mode all of that. Also why is it KO system can't be random. What I mean by random is it would be nice if when you knock someone down it's not always guaranteed they are getting up if it's not the 3 time and they know what they are doing. That's where heart comes into play but heart means nothing. Like some guys should only be able to get up once where as some guys with heart keep getting up until they get laid out cold. Also wouldn't it be nice if someone could get TKO'd if you keep punching them and they don't throw back. Last not least where is the inside fighting. I can go on all day about this game. It's to arcade like and I go punch out for that.
