Not at all. There's a lot of overrated fighters in that time frame or fighters who were overrated when they were active.

Manny Pacquaio is overrated vastly. Or atleast he was in 2009. It seems to has simmered now, a little.

But, he's also one of the greatest fighters of the last 25 years. No doubt about that.

Yeah, in 2009 I was ready to crown him God. That Cotto performance on the heels of the Hatton murder...goodness.

People are much more real about him currently than a couple years ago, no doubt about that.

Even if I think some of his wins get overdone, he is still easily one of the greats of the era and even being very harsh toward him he would still be real high on the list of best of the last 25 years.

Some do overrate him still but it isn't crucial like it was.

He's a great fighter but I do think he's pretty overrated. I mean Pacquiao at the very least is in the top 3 of this era, but casual fans and the media will try to make you believe he's the second coming of Robinson.
