Pacquiao is a Volume Puncher, never has he been a person to throw bombs at anyone. His speed is his power, not the actuall force of his punch is devastating. Sadly Roach and Many others have put him in the field of power of some of the greats.
His speed is his power, which frustrates his opponents! Not his actual strength.

still has Power no doubt, but not that one punch KO Power seen against Ricky Hatton
So unless Pacquiao can knock out fighter that have never been stopped before with one punch his power is not that good.

Unbelievable, how stupid some people can be.

I guess because Tua couldn't KO Ike he lacked power too.

            He couldn't hurt Marquez
He hit Shane in the damn neck anyone would fall
            Never hurt clottey
And just beat on Oscar who was so shot and drained its funny
            I don't see the power.
He's only destroyed one fighter...-_- it was hatton come on people
You haven't been watching for a very long time, have you? What about when he was the first man to legitimately drop and stop Morales? Past his best though Morales was, he showed he still had a great chin in that fight and since then. Or when he DESTROYED Barrera? Or when he dropped Marquez four times in two fights? It's just that he's a titanic punching super-featherweight who fights at welterweight, so his power is diminished because he's fighting bigger guys. And the second Cotto knockdown wasn't a flash knockdown at all. Cotto never recovered from that shot.

The dropping of Morales had a lot to do with weight and Erik's issues with it.

Mosley: Never been stopped before or since, Pacquiao was only the 2nd man to put him down.

Margarito: Was only stopped by Mosley before, and was stopped by Cotto but down to the damaged eye. Pacquiao could well have stopped him but visibly eased off in the last two rounds. Margarito was also weight drained against Mosley and had just been caught cheating.

Clottey: Teak tough, never been stopped before or been close to being stopped. He also covered up for the 12 rounds because he feared Pacquiao's power.

Cotto: Very good chin, above 140 his chin has held up very well, only took knees against Margarito. Pacquiao put him down and put him down hard with the 2nd KD. After that he got on his bike and just tried to survive.
                  Wow,
Marquez: thought was put down, Marquez has never had a great chin but constantly shows heart. If Pacquiao was a devastating puncher, he would have finished him of in their first two fights when Marquez was hurt. Also where did that power go in their 3rd fight?

Mosley: Your going to talk about how Pacquiao knocked down a 38 year old man, that has been en more battles than most fighters. Most people would also agree Vernon Forrest was in a diffrent league than Mosley, and very well could have out boxed Pacquiao, anytime in his Career.

Margarito: Should even been on a list for people period. He showed his weakness for being a fake, then being destroyed in almost every fight sense he was caught cheating.

Cotto: Shouldn't count sense he got his face beat in by a cheat, and dropped weight to an uncomfortable class, for a bigger fight. Pacquiao fights everyone out of their comfort zone, and doesn't fight people in theirs.

Clottey: He gaurded up, for 12 rounds. How the hello can you say anything about power; when you where shown NONE!

Learned enough about what you know when you have, Margarito as a Legend in Boxing. That tells us all we have to know!

I think it had a lot more to do with Pacquiao dropping some serious bombs on his chin all night. Watch that fight again, it's a legit win.

hell even tomato cans rarely go out with 1 punch.

most ko's are accumulative or combination ko's.

                      lol

one punch ko's is not only power but timing and some luck.

hell even george foreman and mike tyson didn't one punch ko everyone.

most need to be beat down or at least a combo to get koed. elite or not.
It seems like you're operating under the assumption that I said or believe Pacman isn't a puncher. I say he's a solid 7/10. Which is high. elite even, just not devastating, hope this clears it up for ya.
