but if he fights guys who like to brawl at times (pascal/abraham) or guys who can't take his pressure (bute/taylor) he can look like a machine.

i would be happy for him if he gets on the p4p list though and it wouldn't be bad to put him at like 9 or 10th i don't think, he does deserve it.
    spot on

Maybe if he avenges the Kessler loss.

if he rematches Kessler and beats him he has got to be in top 7 in my opinion

He would have to beat Kessler in a rematch to be top 10 in my opinion.

I had the first fight a draw, and i believe he can win a rematch in England given the fighting styles of both men.

A loss to Ward shouldn't refrain him a top 10 spot as long as he can avenge the Kessler defeat. Ward is top 3. No shame in losing to a gifted fighter.

Depends on how Dawson and Bradley do in their next fights, because Ward and Pac aren't going to drop out of the top 7, unless they lose badly.

Great win but P4P is for elite fighters, Ward dominated him which probably won't get erased from analyzing P4P position.

Marquez got dominated by Mayweather. Sometimes, you meet a dude who's A. Better than you and B. has all the wrong style. Froch's wins WAY outweigh his loss here.

you can imagine Froch fighting in the 1940's and fighting 5 times a year against the worlds best, classic throwback fighter

When I update the list for the site after Pac-Bradley, I can't see him much lower than seven if not top 5 depending on how the big fight goes. He's 6-2 against the toughest schedule in the sport, took 3 0's along the way, has one close home win, one narrow road loss, and one competitive, clear loss to one of the best on earth.

He didn't take his foot off the gas a bit like Donaire did for a minute after Montiel; hasn't gone to a pair of so-so challengers and begged for a fight with JCC Jr. Froch is still getting knocked on aesthetics. He's proven.

If he's not in the debate after May, Pac, Ward, and Marquez, no one should be.
