But for now Pac is the top dog and Floyd didn't agree on a 50/50 split. So who is the pussay??....
He likely doesn't have the money to bankroll a major event, and the IRS is dunning him for $4 mill still unpaid, not counting Cotto. Besides he doesn't have a promoter's licence. According to NSAC he never has had, and he's never applied for one.

The internet reports say that Mayweather Promotions has an unlisted phone, and it's only 2 years ago that their one-room office company was evicted into the street for non-payment of rent. There were suits for his house mortgage, his car was re-possessed and the IRS seized the proceed of his next fight to satisfy a back claim for over $7 mill owed. The guy is a mess. Going to gaol, with possible serious charges facing him over a shooting when he comes out. His car was identified at the scene when the crime was being committed.

Yup so true. All the wwe grandstanding that Floyd has the money and the blings.. Guess what the truth is if it's not on forbes it's not concrete.

Floyd can Pad their numbers all they want. But at the end of the day. Real money is recorded. Chaching. Props to Pac!

This is Ali vs Frazier, this is SRL vs Hagler. He knows what's up.

After all Arum made these super fights I mentioned happen. He knows what's up. Top Rank is boxing.

I see that if this doesn't get made at the end of this year. A call it as I see it. It's Floyd ducking to save his sorry ass.. Just simple logic and common sense. As you said this super fight is beginning to lose it's luster. Arum knows it, I know it, the boxing fans knows it. Timing is pivotal. It's now or never.
I don't see Arum in this case as being "greedy". because you giving a few accurate facts which were in Arum's favour is no reason to suddenly insert a gratis "greedy" You've already said he's a business man. He makes money for his fighters as well as for himself. it's his business and nobody know how to do it better.

If he was so greedy he wouldn't be the main donor of 3 charities that I know of, and have been paying out large money for years on behalf of Gennaro Hernandez and supporting his family as well. e only found out by accident when Hernandez died and a reporter got hold of it from one of the family. One thing can be said about Arum, he is 100% loyal to those he .believes in, with no hesitation. He and his wife are deeply involved in all kinds of charities all around the world. This is well known and can be found anywhere. His wife is a big mover. But nobody ever mentions it, it's more "fun" to bash him.

A businessman wants to make money. He is old and should retire, hence the word greedy coz he still wants to make money.

But he is what he is. A greedy good Promoter.

Top rank the one that made Ali a house hold name, and other legends that followed.. Even Arum made Floyd from the get go. Even if Floyd denies it. Arum helped him be the star that he is today.

Arum has done a lot in boxing including how he promoted pac to the world has been great.

We are all ignorant and mathematically incompetent. The Cotto PPV took in $94 mill of which the PPV costs wre from 50-54% ($50 mill) then the gate took in $12 mill. And a couple of assorted millions for theatres and etc.

Please explain how Mayweather alone could take home $55 mill.....Don;t forget to deduct all local and national taxes including IRS, the promoter's fee (had to be a t least $15-20 mill) etc.etc.etc.

I can't even explain a factually truthful tale of a "$32 mill guarantee"

I know you can do it-use your imagination. I can't.

That is amazing considering that boxing is not subsidized by taxpayer money. One of the reasons why professional football players and basketball players get paid so much is because they are subsidiezed. The local taxpayers pay for the stadiums (million of dollars btw), there is lots of preparation for pro-football and basketball in the public schools.

Just imagine if boxing was subsidized by taxpayer money.
