As for why are people talking about the money split? Because it is a lot of money! In time, turning down the extra tests will be questioned more than a money split, especially if Pac finishes his career and never submits to it.
This is not about the test cause Manny said he would take the tests. With the money PBF offered not being a legit deal nobody will even get the chance to see if Manny was lying or not about taking the test. So if there was never a legit offer from PBF after 50/50 was taken off the table Manny refusing testing in the beginning is a moot point because he has agreed and not even being given a chance to prove if he is not lying about taking the tests.

PBF been lost this battle in the public's opinion when he made his last offer known.

There's no way Norris walks through Pacquiao's punches.

Slap and run?? Damn does Norris even watch boxing anymore? He just trolled that whole video.

Roy needs to retire yesterday. I would hate to see him like Norris.

And Pac would put Norris to sleep and Floyd would make him look silly.

VS Mosley, Margarito, JMM and Bradley, he had the perfect opportunity. We can play the he said she said all day. Pac had plenty of opportunities to make Floyd look silly with the testing by proving he would test by actually taking tests.

Pac has yet to act on his word. If he would have done so, nobody could argue about it.

I like Terry Norris but the irony of criticizing Mayweather for "slapping and running" and then using Oscar as his main example is overwhelming.

Two things Oscar is remembered for is his pitty pat flurries and literally running against Tito.

I agree with Norris, A young DLH or a young Shane would of beat and possibly KO'ed floyd. I would take any of these 90s fighters in ther prime againts any 147lbs fighter today, DLH, Tito, Shane and Bazooka Ike.
