There's no problem with him WANTING to fight Ward. But at least beat Crotch first (ideally I'd like to see him beat Kessler as well before getting a shot.)

Lucian Bute is an old ass man still being babied. Look at him still taking baby steps, taking on Carl after a loss.

Andre Ward taking on his first real big fight at 32 would be laughable

Ward at 28, has Kessler, Froch, Bika, Abraham, Miranda, Green. Ward can talk all the sh-t he wants about Bute being unproven.
Yeah but he was willing to fight the guy who won the Super Six. That guy wasn't willing.

Yep, on the same day the fight happened. Knowing Ward had an injured hand and needed more time to heal. Ward said no, the next day Bute signs a 10 fight deal with Froch

But Ward didnt say the reason was an injured hand. Im sure they could've fought when Ward's hand was healed. Ward flat out refused the notion of the fight based on some lame ass reasoning which I see his fans have been sold hard on.

Ward said no, thats the bottom line. How anyone can turn it around and blame Bute is quite staggering.

Man I'm going to laugh when Andre out classes Bute the same exact way he out classed Kessler, Green, Bika, Abraham, and Froch.

I agree with Ward about the Dawson fight. Dawson does have the advantage as long as the fight hasn't started because once it does start, Ward will have all the advantages (as usual)....weight, hometown, hometown judges......what more does he need to win?

I agree, he had a chance and turned it down for a reason. Once Bute had a fight lined up, Ward started mentioning Bute. This Froch fight will show people what Bute is about, he is going to shut Froch out and possibly drop him a couple times. If Froch wasn't so tough, I'd venture to say Bute stops him. Big left to the body as Froch is lunging in and he gets the wind knocked out of him.

                      Froch isn't Jesse Brinkley.

So Bute is going to have to put in work for the first time since Librado Andrade clobbered him in their first fight. (when Librado got robbed by the hometown ref.)
