      Floyd v Ortiz

      Manny v Mosley

      Manny v JMM III

      ^^^

These numbers are questionable imo. What isn't is that Floyd has outsold Manny in facing Hatton, OLDH, Cotto and SSM (even with potentially dodgy numbers from Manny vs SSM). Also the final number for the Cotto fight is likely to be closer to 1.6 mil.

Hatton was somewhere around 925,000 or so. But I admit I f'd up, Floyd does have four in a row.

Cool. Least you've got the balls to come on here and admit it. That takes integrity.

I also think that the people comparing comparing the Mayweather/Cotto numbers, and factoring in Alvarez/Mosley on the undercard. Julio Caesar Chazez J.R. was on the Pacquiao/Cotto undercard, that should also be factored into those numbers.
The undercard plays a minor role but there's a reason those guys don't headline their own PPV cards. People like to call floyd the B-side of the DLH fight but when u do a review of oscar's numbers...There is NO fight that even comes close to those figures. In fact, oscar wasn't even doing the numbers floyd & pac are doing now. So the truth really is that 2.4 mil would have never come with any other opponent besides mayweather. So as I see...that 2.4 mil floyd can lay a claim to at least half those numbers on his own

A big Mexican star fighting his biggest name opponent on Cinco de Mayo is not a minor role.

Yes. That's what Cinco de Mayo is all about. It's a Mexican holiday.

When I read the title I was thinking the same thing? Why should he be worried when he doesn't allow official release of the numbers for Pac's fights?

Same with canelo who is being groomed as the next cash cow. Just because they dont do ppv, doesnt mean they dont headline.
like i said show me a ppv he headlined that did close to 1 million without floyd or manny
