On the flip side if Khan or Ortiz losses, they can use the drug issue as an excuse...

But if Khan or Ortiz manage to win it will boost there career.
They can say, "I still beat my opponent who was cheating"!

Just to give you some facts, Berto and Peterson were caught by VADA with a PISS TEST administered a couple of months before they start their training camp... Manny at the start of the first failed nego with Floyd back in December of 2009, tried to persuade Floyd by agreeing to just go through a 24/7 - 3x a day Piss Test for the entire training period, and even gave a random initial piss sample for the Nevada Commission to test, and it came out negative.. This were just weeks after the Cotto fight and just a month before the start of training camp for a supposed March fight with Floyd...

One thing I notice about Arum is that he makes good sense when he wants to. He's a clever old fox or fart, which ever way you want to put. However he's still a cancer on boxing.

I get and agree with the point you trying to make but VADA and the NSAC piss tests are no where near the same and that has been clearly proven with how VADA caught Peterson and Berto. Not saying Pac would have failed the VADA test we don't know that. But we do know that Peterson and Berto would have passed the NSAC piss test

The contingency plan should be, is to have back up fighters (also OST testing) ready for replacement so the event doesn't get cancelled.

Peterson, maybe he had a legit excuse but he f'd up, so that's on him. They could have let everyone know the medial reasons and everything would have been ok, but they didn't.
So are you saying it's okay to be a little cheat as long as your not a big time cheat ?
