5% of men have a t/e ratio around 4/1. So a ratio of 3.77/1 isn't alarming and won't give anyone superhuman powers but Peterson did have synthetic testosterone which proves he was gaining an unnatural (for him) benefit and should be punished. To put it into perspective the MMA fighter Overeem had a ratio of 14/1 which is probably what superman would have if he existed.

And the point is he was taking synthetic testosterone, that is the issue not his T/E
