So a ratio of 3.77/1 isn't alarming and won't give anyone superhuman powers but Peterson did have synthetic testosterone which proves he was gaining an unnatural (for him) benefit and should be punished. Khan is a idiot, doesn't mean that Peterson did not gain an advantage by doping he did.
