Proper business people do NOT do their negotiations in public. That was just a typical Haye-Booth piece of PR crap, sailing close to the wind to see the re-action. If boente had agreed, then Booth would have made all kinds of barriers. He derosn'r want his machinations to be laid out in public.

haye and Booth have both given ample reason to distrust and not believe them time after time after time. Enough already.

Have you ever asked yourself why 2 well acknowledged as role models, honest young men like the Klitschkos would employ such as crook as some know-nothings say Boente is??

They wouldn't want their name associated with a crook.

Manny Pacquaio was deemed and to some extent still is seen as a role model yet he associates with Bob Arum.

Then you have fighters like Groves, DeGale, Hatton, Calzaghe, etc who were/are with Frank Warren.

I see nothing wrong with Arum in a business sense that is different from all the other promoters, except that he protects his fighters better, gives tons more to all sorts of charities and makes sure his fighters are paid well. I don't know of a single legitimate accusation against his for cheating his fighters, unlike just about all the others.

As for Mayweather's accusation of being owed $4 mill, it hasn't ever been backed up by court action I notice, and in fact Arum confirmed that at one time they did owe him money but had paid it in installments as per contract, until, after it was 98% paid, they noticed that Mayweather owed them far more than the balance, so stopped. It wasn't worth their time and money to go to court about what he actually owes them.

Ever since I accidentally came across 3 Charity donor lists with Arum's name on them as their prinicpal donor, and heard about how he paid for Gennaro Hernandez' chemotheraphy treatments for years, as well as having his employee bring him there and take him home again, not to mention paying all the bills for the Hernandez family for the same years....I've had a lot of respect for Arum, and watch him more closely than others do. You should do the same.

You have too much "seems" regarding Boente. What has he ever done to you?? Would the Klitschkos employ a "snake"? Wouldn't it be bad for their reputations??

Haye is not concerned about "redeeming himself" one little whit. That's just your idealised imagination. He's concerned about money, and has a well documented, long-established obsession with pushing right to the brink to get what he wants. He succeeded with W. Klitschko, but V Klitschko is not nearly as amiable, and became far more quickly fed up with Haye's preposterous demands, and after a while of getting nowhere, more or less told him to bugger off. Klitschko wanted the fight as he repeatedly said, but wasn't prepared to go through all the same hoop-la that his brother did, to probably end with an equally unsatisfactory Haye non-performance. Not hard to understand, if you don't have any pre-conceived biases.

I would like to think that Haye would be man enough to want to redeem himself, i dont know but i hope he would as he's a laughing stock in the Boxing world after his performance against Wlad.

LOL at the guy defending Boente. There's articles on here with him saying Klitschko has no interest in a Haye fight and are against the Haye/Chisora fight but they sent an offer. What does that make him/them?

people can slag haye all they want, there's plenty to slag him about, but its pretty obvious that he wants a fight with vitali. Saying he is ducking etc is just mindless hating. Boente has public said "your out david" etc etc o its clear who is blocking it.

Haye talked alot about knocking out Wlad too. When he got the actual opportunity, he spent the whole fight running and went 0-12 for rounds with wlad. With chisora, hes making as much or more than he would with vitali due to him being able to demand more than chisora versus having to take a lower split with vitali without the risk of loosing 12 rounds again.

I think some of you need to look up what running means. He spent a lot of the Wlad fight stood in front of Wlad wanting Wlad to throw anything other than a jab which he didn't. You all talk like Wlad was being aggressive when he was being completely the opposite. Haye's style at HW is based largely on countering and Wlad decided he was going to give Haye no opportunity to do that. Good gameplan for Wlad bad for the fans.

this is so funny...the klitschko's continue to claim they don't need haye but yet they continue to comment on him. the only klitschko fight the last several years that caught any interest outside germany or their fan base was the fight vs haye. haye started the war of words, got his title fight & then retired like he said he would. it was vitali who kept talking about knocking haye out & saying he wanted to fight him because they had unfinished business. the aftermath of chisora\vitali drew more attention then the fight itself. the division is way better with haye in it. rather you like him or not he draws lots of headlines & knows how to self promote. no one cares about thompson\wlad 2 & no one cares about their movie they made either. they are getting pushed to the backburner again by david haye. he is in a non-title match with a guy who has lost his last 3 big fights & it could draw 30000 people. everyone in boxing is talking about haye\chisora while no one gives 2 craps about anything the klitschkos do. the klitschko's hold all 4 world titles & it's like no one even knows they exist. they have a movie out & a title fight coming in july & NO ONE CARES! it is starting to sound like the klitschko's are almost jealous that they are not getting the attention haye\chisora is getting.

I think it's cool if they would. Same for Fraud and Manny. I've been telling my friends they should do it with video cams around. So people can see what's really going on.
