That would be ***in huge! Sergio's been calling for a big fight for a long time and if Manny and Floyd are not gonna step up then I'm sure Kessler wouldn't mind steping down. Probably be @ a catchweight though.

Alway's liked Kessler. I think he has a few great fights left in him.

I'd love to see him fight Bute or rematch Froch.

Cloud would be great too, or Pascal.

I doubt he could make 160 healthily though.

Kessler is that fighter that 168-175 needs around, soon as he left with that injury, the 168 division went from hot to good. Now that he's back, there's a lot of good match ups to be made with him involved.

Sounds like Kessler prefers to stay in Europe but if he choose to leave a Pavlik fight wouldn't be bad if he takes care of business with authority as expected in June style wise they match-up well

Kessler said, that he only wants big fights, thus he prefer to fight in Copenhagen, 'cuz that's where the money is for him at the present time. When he talked about Bute, he said that considering that Bute draws in as many people in Canada as he does in Denmark, he wouldn't mind going to Canada. He just wont do it for petty money (e.g. $750.000 as Bute offered last time around.)

A resurrected Pavlik vs. Kessler could probably be massive in the US and therefore make it profitable and attractive for Kessler. I recon he would do it!

Kessler at this stage of his career should not be fighting the likes of magee!

The dude has just beaten froch at 168 and green at 175 ffs...

It's not like he is going to have to struggle to get a good opponent!

A magee fight (ALTHOUGH MAGEE IS A SOLID OPPONENT) makes no sense really, he should wait for the outcome of cloud/pascal or ward/dawson..

Or glenn johnson is always a good scalp to have, i can see kessler winning that fight at 175lbs! 160lbs sounds insane, kessler is a big SMW anyway and stuggling to make MW at his age is silly talk (chris byrd tried dropping weight and it ruined him and his career!) He would anihilate martinez... pavlik put him down 3x ffs!

Pavlik or taylor at 168 maybe an option, he would brutalise both too imo

I agree that he should not be fighting Magee. I mean Magee is heaps under the top dogs of the division. As well that goes for Johnson too I think. Pavlik would be great, but I don't want to see another brutal KO to Taylor (hooker or no hooker ;-)) so I hope not. I truely have difficulties seeing Kessler beating Ward or Dawson, but I hope for a rematch against Ward at SMW. Everybody agrees that Ward is the best, so a loss wouldn't be devastating. In their last fight Kessler was herassed and couldn't see (same as in the Froch fight) probably, so he got schooled, but still I think he did alright. I'm not saying he could have won it, but I think he - in Copenhagen and with good eyesight and a trainer that has other suggestions to adversity other than to throw the towel in the ring (as Richard Olsen) - he has a chance. Dawson at true LHW is too big and too slick for a European boxer as Kessler.

As a true fan - hoping for Kessler to win - I can accept Bute, Froch, Pavlik and Ward. At 160 I can accept Martinez. I'm not saying he should meat e.g. Dirrell, but honestly "show me the money". Besides... can Kessler beat Dirrell

                    I'm in doubt.
