Will definitively beat Pac, plus he already would have an Idea of what to do the 2nd time (ie. Cotto vs Margie 2)
lets be real Cotto-Margo 2 Margo got caught with wraps, knocked out by shane and had his face broken by Manny..Cotto dispelled his demons but lets not act like it was the same Margo his game is to take the blows his eye wouldnt let him do it the 2nd time

That MArgie was 170lbs that version was far more dangerous than the Pac and Mosley fought. Again Cotto had no game plan and folded because of that (trainer fault). Watch Cotto MArgie 1 and Margie was bleeding from that eye in that fight.

Trust me Cotto and Diaz will come with a different gameplan and let me remind you Cotto already fought Pac , meaning he already knows the do's and don'ts and what not

If the fight was at 154 Miguel can. 145 killed Cotto but he couldn't turn that money down.

You mean at 154lbs? I'll give him a better shot.

He was damaged goods already against Pacquiao, and without a trainer, only his mitt guy.

Not to take away from pac, it is what it is.

The same guys who are saying Cotto would win, would have excoriated Pacquiao if he had fought him again. No one wanted to see a rematch. Go back and check the threads.

But now that Floyd fought Manny's "leftovers" he's a whole different fighter. Way better than he was at 147, (even if he's only 5'7").

And now that Pacquiao is fighting a young, in his prime, undefeated, African American fighter, they are arguing that he is ducking the "new improved" Cotto.

                Makes perfect sense.

Pac would still kill him IMO. it wouldve been a more competitive fight than the first fight, but cotto still folds with pressure, and i can see pac still countering that left jab first with his right hook.. he was trying to bully floyd and fought more defensively, that wont work against pac.. he will only win if he uses the back foot and time pacquiao although pac would still have his moments he doesnt have the great capacity to cut off the ring if cotto uses movement more.. If floyd also used the backfoot against cotto, im seeing a shutout like win.. but then he fought offensively and im a little disappointed with his reflexes now.

Cotto would have won easy. He didn't even have a trainer for that fight.
