The most technically sound young fighters emerging.

Mikey Garcia is atop that list. Very technical, very patient & works like a seasoned pro far beyond his years. Lets discuss the younger fighters & where they fit.

    Adrien Broner, for his age.

I want to see how he look against a top level fighter though.

I'm not sold on him yet.

Adrien Broner. Sky's the limit for him as far as ability. Hopefully I can drive down to C-Springs and possibly watch him train at Fort Carson this summer.

Would like to see him fight 2-3 more times at 130 against Salgado, Ponce rematch, Mendez, but if he moves up, oh well. There's plenty of fights to be made at 135 for him. Burns, DeMarco, Mitchell, Rees, Lundy, Molina, Vazquez, etc.

You think Broner is technically sound?? I think he's really fast & athletic but I really don't see him as technically sound. He makes mistakes but his speed & athleticism are there to save him. Kinda like Gamboa, Floyd & a younger Roy Jones to me.

        Delorme can be technical too.

Yeah, I think he's technically sound. Mayweather is technically sound also.

I don't think either are comparable to completely un-fundemental fighters like Roy Jones and Gamboa who without there natural gifts, can't survive and have nothing to fall back on.

Mayweather and Broner may not be textbook but of course they both have good fundamentals and tehnical ability.

It may be because he's a ripoff of Mayweather, but Broner is technically sound. Against Perez he understood distance and timing better than I've ever seen from him.

Fair enough Ill say. I'd like to see Broner under pressure from someone his size & strong. Maybe I'll see some of that technical ability. But to me, he's more speedy & athletic.

                  Fixed

Broner was impressive against himself, no one else saw that?

Demetrius Andrade! One of the most impressive young fighters in boxing today, so well rounded for such a young fighter. He has good defense, excellent boxing skills and POWER, reminds me of Chad Dawson but with more of a Killer Instinct

Also like what I see from Gary Russell Jr. he is not just a guy with Speed...he has excellent boxing skills and also good defense

I agree with Mikey Garcia As Well, outstanding Counter Puncher already

also Keith Thurman is another guy that impresses me a lot, excellent Speed and Power but he is a boxer, not just a brawler looking for KO's

Mercito Gesta is another guy as well who impresses me after watching him a few times, seems like another well rounded young fighter
