He said he turned himself in with the advice of his lawyers. He's been there for 4 months. His next court day is in June. He said it was supposed to be in April 25th, but they moved the date for no reason. He claims De La hoya did not know he was in jail until 2 weeks ago.

Good legal advice eh??
