This was tweeted in the ESPN A Los Golpes account today.
Update:Angulo was just on the show and spoke directly from jail. He said he turned himself in with the advice of his lawyers. He's been there for 4 months. His next court day is in June. He said it was supposed to be in April 25th, but they moved the date for no reason. He claims De La hoya did not know he was in jail until 2 weeks ago.
Here's an article I found from a few days ago.

Here's an article I found from a few days ago.
It isn’t known why, but it is a fact — Oscar De La Hoya visited the Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention center in El Centro on Tuesday.
De La Hoya, also known as “Golden Boy,” refused to give comments or even say a word to an editor from Adelante Valle seeking a comment.
He was accompanied by three men and a woman, all of whom were unidentified.
The source who called in the tip alleged De La Hoya was visiting an inmate at the detention center and was there for about an hour.
ICE spokeswoman Lauren Mack said ICE could not confirm who De La Hoya visited because it would violate the inmate’s civil rights.
Another anonymous tip alleged Alfredo Angulo Lopez, better known as “Perro Angulo,” was being detained at the detention center in El Centro and was the purpose of De La Hoya’s visit.
Mack said she could not confirm that Angulo was being detained at the detention center in El Centro.
She said she needed to contact the Washington, D.C. office to find out whether she could confirm he was detained at the detention center in El Centro. She would not have an answer until this morning.
On the Golden Boy Promotions Web site, Angulo is listed as one of the promoter’s signed boxers.
De La Hoya is the owner of Golden Boy Promotions.
Angulo is listed with a professional record of 20-2-0 with seven knockouts and is listed in the junior middleweight divisions.
According to an article published by the Examiner.com in September 2010, Angulo entered the U.S. illegally, was later deported back to Mexico and then snuck back in.
In November, Angulo lost to James Kirkland in the sixth round with a knockout in Cancun.
His last fight in the U.S. was against Joachim Alcine on July 17, 2010, in which Angulo won by TKO.
