            Yeah but with his build, he is going to have to shed muscle. He isn't ripped but he doesn't have a lot of fat to shed...he could lose maybe 5 pounds of fat between now and then. He never looks ripped on fight night either , unlike Bradley, heck even JuanMa is pretty leaned out on fight night. Junior has a lot of mass, you just can't shed that by doing a little jogging......he had better be running upwards of 10 miles a day to lose significant weight, otherwise he will lose 5 pounds of water weight here and there and regain it the next day.
