This guy is the biggest hype job in boxing.

Price, Chisora, Fury & Helenius all face tougher opposition at half the fights Wilder has had.

        Talk about a padded record.

David Haye unified a division in 21 fights, Wilder is still at the same stage most boxers are at in there first 5 fight.

As soon as he steps in with anyone decent he will get found out.

Can't remember Paul Williams just getting fed on cans.

I wouldn't be surprise if they try and go for Marciano's record.

Price, Fury, Helenius, Chisora and Solis all fewer fights than Wilder and all would beat him.

Wilder isn't a "hype job" because no one's really hyping him...

He sure gets a lot of coverage for someone that has not fought anyone of any note an would be lucky to be considered a top 50 heavyweight boxer.

Probably because he's an Olympic medalist.

However, he only had a total of like 14 amateur fights or something like that (Olympics included) and started boxing like a year and a half or something before the Olympics.

They've moved him too slow for my taste, but he doesn't really compare with the guys who had long amateur careers.
