Nice letter indeed; between this and Frank Warren's open letter they are really calling the Board's bluff, I look forward to seeing how this progresses. However, just one problem - "neither have a criminal conviction". That's not true, Dereck Chisora has a criminal conviction for domestic violence.

Excellent work from the PBA, should put a stop to the BBBoC's idiotic, credulous posturing. They don't seem to realise that journos will do ANYTHING to sell newspapers; that's the only reason this is even an issue right now.

          Brilliant!
I see why the BBBoC did this, an obvious show of power but idiotically they've shown their entire hand!
What absolute morons, they've just demonstrated how useless and irrelevant they are... Any accredited body can sanction a fight so they're not even needed anymore.
Warren's a douche, but threatening people? tut tut
Bad move on their part to bring it to a head at this point. If they'd just said they didn't agree with it and ignored the fight then nothing would have changed. The status quo would've stayed the same and their illusion of necessity would have remained.

But now they'll actually need to back it up...

BBoC made a huge error trying to flex muscle so publicly.

This is going to be an embarrassing climb down for someone.

              Those don't count.

Well done PBA. The BBBoC is better than most but just like the Football Association is run by a bunch of upper class twits who are increasingly out of touch with the people.

We want to see Chisora v Haye. We don't want to watch a Klitschko jab a shorter fighter into submission. The heavyweight division is dying.

Both Chisora & Haye have their limitations but this is an exciting fight. No boxing fan gets excited about Wlad or Vitali's fights anymore.

This could be rectified if they fought each other though but they are too cultured & intelligent to get involved in that.

I want my heavyweight boxers to be ignorant wankers & my fellow Londoners, Haye & Chisora, fit the bill.
