While most people think they are a waste, it's examples like this that show how important they are in preventing individuals from saying dumb stuff or things that come of wrong.

It's ironic that the person writing like a 12 year old calls me young. It doesn't matter who wrote the article cause it's not an opinion piece. It's just stating a fact which is that Manny didn't make some of the comments being attributed to him. How can you understand how people's reaction will be (which was your stated intention for entering the thread) when you don't actually read what they're reacting to? Your comment doesn't make sense because it's based on information that is refuted in the article, but you were too lazy to read it and now you're making excuses and calling it a joke. My question is why is it a problem for someone to have an opinion? If he doesn't believe in gay marriage he doesn't. I have no problem with gay people but the fact is you can't force someone to believe what you believe. The real crime is how today anything you say against a gay person opinion or not is an automatic career suicide.
