They are, but as a Christian, you should know that Jesus Christ rewrote some of those commandments (added a few as well), not all but some.

My question is why is it a problem for someone to have an opinion? If he doesn't believe in gay marriage he doesn't. I have no problem with gay people but the fact is you can't force someone to believe what you believe. The real crime is how today anything you say against a gay person opinion or not is an automatic career suicide. He totally contradicted himself and there is no worse "christian" than one who proclaims he reads the parts of the Bible that are more convenient to him or just ones he chooses and ignores those he may disagree with.
