doesnt matter what timmy does or says, unless he KOs pac, the result for the fight is already known. and since bradley has little KO power, it seems the W is surely going to pac. the only, and i mean ONLY thing timmy can do, is to KO pac, and that is likely not going to happen...

True! It's a decent fight in a way. Forehead Gump is a good fighter, but i don't see him keeping Pac off him like JMM did. He dont have the power.
Tim has skills, not to mention a Charles Barkley head on a welterweight's body. But unless Manny breaks his hand punching that thing then i don't see a way out for brad. Anything could happen but he'll need to be sprinting the whole twelve if he plans to get a decision... Not that he'll never get the decision against Pac! He'll never dent that pinoy granite.

We agree he's never been a draw. It's his promoter's job to make him a draw, no? That's why they take their cut off the top, correct?

but to say that it lies solely on Shaw and Thompson (his local promoter) is not being fair they did their job

1. was always at the local Thompson cards where he was always announced to enthusiastic crowds (Arreola always gets the biggest response though}
2. got tons of favorable press from the local and national media (I am one of them)
3. got him on major TV consistently

what else did you want GSP and TB to do? Both the Campbell and Peterson fights were promoted well locally and neither one of them did well

Bradley had better pump himself up with all of his big talk about being a boxer, brawler, puncher, etc he is going to need all the help he can get. When he feels Manny's shots for the first time, I'm guessing we will see what most all of Manny's opponents have done at 147 and that is go into a shell and try to survive. Mark my words..

I have to say that it is completely the promoters job to make his fighter into a draw..Help with his image,that's what they are paid for..Look at Floyd when he first started out,he was not a draw..But he had a good team around him to help with image and great with match making...Shaw does not have the power to do either,I doubt Shaw has a PR team..He also can't land Bradley fights with anyone who is a star...Once again,I believe we will respectfully disagree with each other,but I'm of the opinion that Shaw did not do a good or great job with Bradley..He was not willing to spend money,the same goes for other fighters of his,Dawson Darchinny Abregu etc etc..He is the lowest in the promoters pool,and a beggar of fights...When do you ever see this guy in the drivers seat of a negotiation??Never..
