VADA doesnt have to tell the other party if the fighter failed the test. But they have to report it to NSAC? Why? Margaret Goodman is the head of VADA and also one of the doctors in NSAC so the fact that she was, she told NSAC.

So basically these results could have gone without being disclosed if not her relationship with NSAC
    No.

Anyone who is on the contract gets notified. Plain and simple. Same thing works for USADA and WADA. Whoever is signs the contract gets the results.

So NSAC was on the contract but not GBP? Schaefer said he's the one the wrote the check for the test

To me it seems theres a loophole to the info being disclosed. That and the fact Peterson was wrong in never informing GBP himself

Yes Peterson is on the contract. NSAC is on the contract. No, Golden Boy wasn't on the contract that is why he wasn't notified.

Then there is another contract, with Khan being on the contract and NSAC being on the contract. But, Golden Boy wasn't on the contract either.

Yes they were paying for Peterson and Khan but doesn't mean anything if they're not on the contract.

When VADA told Peterson on April 13 it was up to Peterson or his lawyer to let Golden BOy know. They didn't.

THere is no loophole. Again VADA followed the same protocol that WADA does.

Schafer is just bitching. Because, he lost money. But, that's the price to pay for cleaning up the sport. He should be happy that Golden Boy is "changing the sport" like Oscar promised when GBP was formed. Unless they really don't want to clean up the sport.

Because, that is the place where the fight is taking place. It would be NSAC position to suspend Peterson license like they did. They decide cuz' they're sanctioning the fight.

schaeffer is mad they already spent money for the promotion. so what? if peterson got caught 2 weeks before the fight does schaeffer thinks they can still arrange a replacement? no way and gbp would've spend and lose more money...this biatch should be thankful to VADA instead because they did a good job. schaeffer is so ****ing selfish...that tells you all of these promoters are all the same...greedy mother****ers.

first of all, props to golden boy, this just help their image as the best boxing pomotion company in the business, advocating for stricter testing to clean up the sport....

as far as VADA is concerned, way to drop the ball and just show what a amateur organization and company you are running, why the hell wouldnt you tell all parties involved with this fight right when you found out..... VADA was on its way of exploding into the business and now look like morons
