Pacquiao found another way to avoid Floyd by asking for 50/50 even though Floyd has earned the better ppv numbers at ww and sww. Effing weasel.

The chance of this fight being made is real slim:

1) Arum knows Floyd schools Manny; he wants to protect his investment while Manny is still a big money-maker. The moment Manny tells him he's ready to retire, Arum will make it happen to cash out.

2) Floyd's ego won't let him accept a 50/50 revenue split. He truly believes he's by far the biggest star in boxing, that all roads lead to PBF.

3) Floyd is extremely risk averse. He won't fight anyone unless he knows he'll win handily. The older he gets, the more he fears being clocked like Roy Jones in his second fight against Antonio Tarver.

As of right now 50/50 is fair, but if May-Cotto did something crazy like 1.8 he really does have a case for 60/40 or at least 55/45. At this point arguing against 50/50 is kinda pointless because it is 50/50 now more than ever.

Pacquiao said he would accept less than 50/50 and Mayweather has used that against Pac Wouldn't be surprised to see Mayweather offer 50/50 and he keeps ticket sales now Pac has said aslong as its 50/50 PPV he'll fight.
