Floyd would be sued then too. If Peterson was cleared, Khan would have to fight him or probably be sued. It doesn't matter what the fighter thinks, he can't just pull out of a fight because he thought the excuse was bad. If the commission clears you, you're are cleared.

The fight's off anyway. But hypothetically if he would be sued then the legal framework in a court of law would be substantially different to the rules and basis which the commission based their decision on. In a court of law they might not a have a leg to stand on which would probably be the case if a fighter does not want to risk their health against a suspected PED user.
