Micheal Koncs said it himself that Pacquiao still want cutoff dates but this time he wants it to be one day.Cutoff dates is not random testing.And how is Floyd gonna be scared of a fighter who can`t even get pass Marquez and a fighter who for the pass several years have been weight draining fighters and fighting fighters who are washed up.He thought Marquez was to old and could`nt handle welterweight so he decided to fight him but yet he still got his butt kicked.
