This is a fight people want to see; including myself. But the casual observer will think boxing has gone into the gutter...it just sounds bad to go against BBoC.

The BBBofC better not **** this up likes. They should pipe the **** down and realise this is the fight the public want to see. They are going on about jusistiction? They arent the police and if two people want to knock lumps into each other with gloves on then so be it. I dont phone up the BBBofC when im sparring or fighting someone in the gym to tell them about it to get their seal of approval so why the **** would haye and chisora even give a **** what they think!

Great fight, I just can't understand all the whining *****es who's complaining about it.
This is professional boxing, not curling.

At the end of the day these guy's are the one's who have allowed Audley Harrison to fight all these years - that alone kills their arguement of doing what's best for boxing.

The BBBoC are taking an unnecessarily draconian stance on this issue and their decisions have been questionable from the beginning. The initial decision to ban Chisora indefinitely was inexplicable from the outset, Chisora should have received no more than a 3 month suspension and should have been advised of this directly, given a precise amount of time to contend with, instead of being left with an indeterminable threat of never being able to obtain a British license again. This is an extreme position of duress to place any athlete in and the BBBoC's decision to enforce such a judgement is, quite simply, unacceptable.
In my opinion, at this point both Chisora and Haye have been punished enough for allowing their tempers to temporarily flair out of control one night. No one was seriously injured during the altercation and the incident itself took place both outside the ring and outside the jurisdiction of the BBBoC. I believe the correct course of action now is for the BBBoC to officially license each boxer, sanction the fight in July and establish their status as the official supervisory body of the biggest British heavyweight boxing match since Lewis vs Bruno.

I like their stance actually. Go ahead with the fight, but we won't back it and send no one to help. They are within their rights to do so.
If a boxers cheats with roids or something, they can get a license elsewhere and fight on with any dodgy commision. People will make money.
For example the BBoC didn't allow Herol Graham to fight Julian Jackson because he couldn't see in on eye, but then apparently he went to another commision and got the fight.

As long as precautions will be made, I'm for seeing the fight. With the way both are, I wouldn't pay for it, though. It can end real quick...

Their statement says that anyone who takes part in this event will have their license revoked....
...Does this means the fighters on the undercard will all get bans if they participate?
...Or will Warren fill the card with non-domestic fighters from Sauerland's stable?
