Naw, he wasn't even in the Top 10 after he lost to Molina, he wasn't. You obviously don't keep up on monthy RING rankings at all.
Kirkland would test his chin, because Alvarez isn't going to pull a Molina and hold 120 times, it;s going to be toe-to-toe, and Kirkland would connect with something. Kirkland is easy to hit, Alvarez is as well.
Angulo is a tough fighter, took Kirkland's shots well.
Bottom line....out of the two (Kirkland and Alvarez), Kirkland has the best win over Angulo.
When Canelo beat Cintron, it didn't mean a thing at all. He had a solid win over Rhodes, that's it.
Kirkland-Alvarez is a good fight.
and cintron was ranked top 10 in the division when alvarez faced him he was comingComment

lol at a ward fan talking about excessive clinching.....who also headbuttsComment

Bottom Line Canelo's Resume>>> Kirkland's and he also ranked AHEAD of Kirkland in the rankings not to mention he's never been TKO'd by a feather fisted Journey man who has lost to CANELO'S BROTHER
and cintron was ranked top 10 in the division when alvarez faced him he was coming
Alvarez wins: Rhodes (Top 10 JWW) and Cintron.
Kirklands wins: Julio, and Angulo (Top 10 SWW).
Alvarez' wins over M. Hatton, Gomez, and Mosley mean nothing.
It's pretty even.
Alvarez-Kirkland is a good fight. I guess we shouldn't take Khan seriously because he was KO'd by Prescott right???Comment

No Cintron wasn't. He was not in the Top 10 at 154 in November, he wasn't.

Kirklands wins: Julio, and Angulo (Top 10 SWW).

He punches, immediately grabs, punches while holding, pushes you back to the ropes, holds your arm for 5-10 seconds at a time, let go and punch, hold again, lean forward with his head over and over, let go and punch, and than hold again.
He held 118 times in 10 rounds. That's every 15 seconds he held Kirkland, not even taking into account how long each one was. It was far worse than the normal clinching in boxing.
Instead of trolling every thread about fighters you don't like, contribute something, instead of acting like some random kid who calls himself a movie character and justs hates on people he doesn't like on the internet....oh wait...Comment

Who you got in a fight...Achilles vs. Commodus???Comment

Ward actually does fight on the inside as well, Molina hardly does. This is what Molina does......at least against Kirkland

ALL FIGHTERS LEARNED HOW TO CLINCH FROM AFRICAN AMERICANS.
Seriously man, just stop. You're pathetic.
And actually John Ruiz and Carlos Molina, not African American, are two of the worst clinches or holders in recent memory. Devon Alexander is pretty bad at times as well, still not as bad as Molina was in the Kirkland fight.Comment
