KHAN should be an example to MANNY this is how you prove your willing to take RANDOM testing you actually do it and not say it. You mean to tell me MANNY couldnt put random testing in the terms of the contracts with Marquez or Bradley to show he's willing to take RANDOM testing? It was the urine test not the blood test that caught him. That is what he is saying.
