Can anyone explain how they came to conclusion that LPete also used the testosterone pellets going into the first fight with Khan?

He was not caught by the urine test that Pac agreed to. VADA uses a CIR method of detection. T:E is the test that is the "standard" and has become elementary to beat. I have no dog in this fight, however facts are facts...

"Kizer painted a grim picture for Peterson, telling The Times that Peterson's attorney, Jeff Fried, reported to Kizer that after the "B" sample came back as positive, Peterson remembered using a product known as testosterone pellets after getting a prescription for the substance from a Las Vegas doctor in October 2011 — first using the product before*his first Khan fight."

It's pretty clear what Russian is saying.
I'm saying Urine testing is inconsistent.

If you guys can't see how inconsistent urine testing is then I don't know what to tell you.

The freaking urine test caught Peterson several months "AFTER" the harm was already done in the ring.

Testing is suppose to catch fighters "before" any damage is inflicted in the ring not after.

It's a damn shame I had to spell it out for you, Russian, and any other poster who can't understand the inconsistencies in commissioning tests.

Scheduled, announced commission testing is useless.

And some fighters, when you put scrutiny on them, suddenly decide to fight in Texas where there is no testing at all.
Why would California catch Mosley when the fight was in Nevada?

If you have beaten Nevada test and know how to do so. Then there is really no difference in fighting in Nevada or Texas.

True indeed. I find it hard for him to make that sort of statement, not saying that it isn't true after what just transpired, but it's kind of like the whole Margs situation...

That story was given by Peterson's lawyer
