I have been saying 14 day cut off was enough with a test before and after the fight, also like 3-4 random tests during the press conf and the fight as this will also catch fighters

Yes they get tested before their first fight but they knew when the testing would be thats why they didnt get caught. He only got caught when the testing was RANDOM and he didnt know exactly when they were coming.
