What do they mean by the subsequent tests came back negative?

Meaning when they got samples again on the other days the came negative. But, that's irrelevant since they already have a samples A and B that tested positive.

At least that's what's done for the Mayweather fights.

But, Mayweather uses another agency USADA/WADA. This was VADA so they might do something different.

However, NSAC would be inadequate to do such testing anyways since they use a 6:1 T/E ratio. Meaning that in USADA/WADA or VADA if the testosterone level is 5x above normal their test will be found positive however in Nevada it would come out clean.
