Its a ****** question. Sergio Martinez could cause problems to Roberto Duran, Sugar Ray Leonard, and Marvin Hagler but those guys will be regarded as greater fighters. I'm not talking about who's better, i'm talking about who's greater!
Why would Floyd choose to fight an aging no name fighter over a possible future hall of Famer as his next fight? Sure Martinez beats Cotto but the world remember Cotto before they remember Martinez. Besides Floyd is too small for 160, he's basically too small for 154.

Why couldn't Cotto fight Mayweather in '05? Why can't the guy sign the contract for random drug testing instead of lie about agreeing verbally? Why can't he take the lesser share like he initially said he would just to make the fight happen? Why can't Martinez get a payday fighting guys his size, like Ward, as opposed to Mayweather or the other guy?
