Floyd MAYWEATHER Jr's "Hit List".... Mission NEARLY Accomplished!

The only problem I have is that people need to apply theories and rules evenly. Floyd takes a hit for not fighting someone back then, but no other great gets penalized for that. Imagine someone saying, SRL gets no credit for Hagler, 5 years too late"
As long as we have the same standards for each fighter, I'm cool.Comment

And the butthurt crybabies.....
Since everyone is keen to link Pacquaio to this thread. He beat Oscar, Hatton Cotto, Clottey, Margarito and Mosley in 2/3 years. Sounds impressive on paper.
Does it make all of those wins good? No.
Why? Because of the timing.Comment

If Cotto would have won, would it have still been the fight should have happened 5 years ago or would it have been Mayweather is overrated? I think it would be the latter response for most of you. But the fact that Mayweather won the fight happened 5 years too late smh There is always a different set of standards for Floyd and it's laughable.Comment

If Mayweather had lost to a faded Cotto, it would've been pretty embarrassing. That doesn't mean the fight shouldn't have happened 4 years ago when it was the best fight in boxing. There really is no double standard there. If Cotto would have won, would it have still been the fight should have happened 5 years ago or would it have been Mayweather is overrated? He called out Kostya as well as Mosley after some fight in 2005
So the only "hit lists" that matters is this article? the one after he comes back from retirement and one of the best WW division in a while has just finished beating the crap outta each other?Comment
