I dont understand how everytime Mayweather beats someone people always come up with another name he needs to beat in order to prove he's not scared to lose his "0" as they say. He went out and went toe to toe with a 154 champion that is a future hall of famer. However when Pac beat the same people it was considered remarkable (De La Hoya, Hatton, Mosely, Marquez, Cotto) I guess he will have to beat Andre Ward orone of the Klitcko's to get credit, however PAC is allowed to fight Bradley a 140 and gets no flack for turning down better offers like Mayweather, Cotto rematch, Marquez rematch but he choose Bradley. Cmon Man

Cotto chose the 10 oz gloves Mayweather wanted 8. Cotto must have thought 10 oz would benefit him more. Would he have been as willing to march forward if he was getting hit with harder punches from Mayweather wearing 8oz?

Who else besides Pacquiao is there really to fight? And if you say Martinez or Khan then my question is why does FLOYD have to fight a 160lb fighter in Martinez or a 140lb fighter in Khan to prove himself and how come PAC doesnt have to do the same. Martinez pursued the fight Mayweather because he said he knew PAC wouldnt step up even if he came down to 150.

I didn't ask that. I asked since manny hasn't lost in 10 years, has he taken any risks?

Pacquiao didn't go through JMM who is more like Floyd style wise and is smaller, doesn't hit as hard and has less ability. I swear Pac fans are the dumbest fans in boxing.

Yeah but Manny went thru Cotto at 145 and Mayweather went thru him at 154 with heavyweight gloves. There's a huge difference in the Cotto PAC fought and the one FLOYD fought. PAC is probably thinking damn Marquez beat me two times and we had a draw in the other fight but Mayweather won every round and only got hit 62 times and aginst the same guy

There really is no real big fights left apart from Martinez and Pacquiao, and Martinez is clearly too big (ain't gonna criticise Floyd for not fighting a guy way bigger than him). Perhaps if Khan does a real number on Peterson he comes viable but he still realistically needs a fight at 147 before facing Floyd. Amir's ego is so enormous though that if he beats Peterson he'll probably call out Mayweather.

I guess if Bradley beats Pac he'd be viable, but he's with Arum so it'd be a no-go plus Floyd would give him a contemptuous offer purse-wise
