Split has never been about wins or losses though. It has been about who brings in the revenue.

Thats why he deserves 40%. If pac truly won thrn i can see 50/50 but a recent loss has raken the luster and yes he can generate but after the loss he diesnt deserve same amount as before. 40% is a big share with mayweather. Cotto only got like 20% i think. The loss killed it

Floyd fights for money. Has stated that many times hell its in his ring name. Floyd broke records with his guarantee, Pac gets 20 million with 6 mil guareenteed. I dont even know how that works

A rd by rd site I was watching had a pro judge scoring and had the same 5-4 for Cotto. It actually doesn't matter to me, but Arum wasn't the only one who was "crazy".

An interesting thing. In Yahoo News yesterday there was an article about Mayweather "breaking the record" for purses etc. It was the usual crap, by, I think, Keith Idec. I looked casually over the write-in letters. There seemed thousands of them and after the first 50-70 I got fed up. Some were very nasty. I didn't see a single pro-Mayweather post. I was surprised, as I understood from BoxingScene's Maybug crazies, that he's the most popular fighter in the whole country.
