I thought the judges scorecards were right, and think anyone who's claiming Cotto dominated Floyd and deserved a win or draw need to go see an optician. He won 3 rounds at the most in my eyes.

About the injury, it could be plausible as you saw Floyd switch to southpaw very briefly once or twice, then quickly went back to orthodox after reconsidering... which could indicate him struggling to use his left hand, who knows... but I'm not gonna read into it too much, Floyd won the fight and it was overall a good night of Boxing, was an exciting fight - which people often complain saying Mayweather is boring, well this even well and truly delivered!

Well he is often about 148-149 on fight night... the guy truly fights around his walk around weight, he doesn't rehydrate to 160+ like most fighters do, so the 147 thing could be roughly right, that or him being like 148-149, baring in mind he'd have only weighed himself on the night with bathroom scales probably.

Was the 147 thing HBO unofficial fight night weight or Mayweather mouth fight night weight?

He was lighter on fight night against DLH than he was at the weigh-in too.

I'd happen to believe this story because Floyd has always had problems with his hands. But it doesnt matter. He CLEARLY won the fight. A GREAT fight. He fought Cotto at a weight Cotto was comfortable in and after coming off of a career resurrecting win. Not a weight drained Cotto who was coming off a career loss. So we can all see the difference.

Nevertheless it may seem Mayweather might not dominate as easily as we think. He took quite a while to figure out that the uppercut was the punch to break Cotto's defense. Usually he would find that out earlier.

Floyd didn't look small to me. If cotto went up, I would say Floyd did too.

The hand injury sounds false but whatever, Floyd won and it was exciting.
