I keep seeing multiple people saying they scored 2 or more even rounds~

A judge should pretty much never score an even round, it is a very wishy washy way to score a round and there is always something to pick out and pick a winner.

Scoring more than 1 round even pretty much negates the value of a scorecard because no real judge should or would ever score more than 1 even round in a fight. The only exception being if points are getting deducted, which isn't the case here.

It means that you really have to work if you want to win the round. I agree that you should look for a winner in every round, but some of the rounds were too hard to call in my opinion. Most of the rounds last night were very close.

That is part of judging making tough calls in close rounds.

i gave cotto 4 rds, with one of'em(7th) being a toss up

there was also the 5th which was fairly close, but gave it to floyd

I scored the 5th, 9th & 10th even.

I gave Cotto the 2nd, 3rd, 6th & 8th.

I gave Mayweather the other 5.

seems like you already had your mind made up going in because I cant see how you could call 2nd and 3rd clear rounds for cotto but the 5th 9th and 10th were too close to call

The 2nd and 3rd were both close rounds, but I just thought Cotto edged them. I'm not saying you have to agree with every round I scored, my point is that the fight was a lot closer than the scores suggested, and the scores should've been closer because although he was the better fighter, Mayweather didn't dominate Cotto.
