    • both cotto and mayweather look great and physically they looked pretty even in size, from the bald head to the arm muscles .... only obvious difference is floyd's longer reach...

hope to see a competitive fight!

Stare down ain't going to mean anything when Floyd and Cotto get in the ring. Cotto's getting stopped. The way Miguel fights and how accurate Floyd is with his punches. It's going to happen.

This fight is just for entertainment. We all know who will win, but hoping Cotto pulls a shocker but rather unlikely..

Again a prime Cotto would have had a chance, this version won't.

I'm not paying for a hyped up fight to rob you of your hard earned money.. This is a cake walk for floyd..

I'm watching this through streaming were I won't let Floyd mention you guys been robbed by a conman. Highway robbery ladies!

24 rounds of being hit by a guy with plaster of paris and a typhoon from the pacific = a beat up jalopy with a rusting engine who had better days being thrown in the gallows..

only blind fools won't get that.. You guys try to get beat up and tell me if you the same guy.. I love cotto but his better days have long gone.. His threshold to pain won;t last him in this fight.

Not buying this silly fight. bank robbery baby!
A prime Cotto was levels below Mayweather according to the not so prime Cotto.

            • They both look in great shape. Him getting into it with Mayweather at the staredown might not be too good though, it might mean that Mayweather has gotten into his head a little. But it might also mean he's really fired up.

Floyd agreed to the terms with Cotto on weight so there are no excuses.

If Cotto beats Floyd and Manny beats Cotto the second time around...

Manny is the best nuff said
                ....

But as far as this thread goes...

Floyd did not look scared nor do I believe he is scared of Cotto.
Not exactly because first fight was a catch weight and am sure the second one Pac would want a catch weight, which Cotto will never agree to. Especially IF he were to beat Mayweather. Pac would definitely try to drain him then.

He fought Clottey at 147 and came in at 146. Cotto had to come in at 145. Cotto win is a good one for Pac but 147 was the way to go especially since Pac had fought De La Hoya there successfully prior. also, Pac didn't want to fight Cotto at 154, even though he whupped Cotto out so something about Cotto being at his most comfortable is a problem for Manny. Not hating but just saying.

In my opinion. Shouldn't have to use a catch weight if you fought at the full limit successfully OR if you already beat the opponent prior. why use a catch weight if you are already tested at the weight class?
