Not surprised, though the big boss at the BBBoC is on record as saying he won't license either of them.

the BBBoC is a disgrace to boxing but they can't be that ******. this is a big fight in england & money would be generated. this is a great fight for the division & a chance for haye to catapult himself back in the picture. the BBBoC is a joke so i wouldn't be surprised with a negative decision but these 2 could just go fight elsewhere & say screw you to england!!!! i'm sure the fans would love that in england...NOT!

Again they are rumoured to be circumventing the BBBofC by going through the Luxembourg commission meaning they won't need a British licence.

Won't happen in the UK. The media "outrage" forced BBofC to ban Chisora and they'll look like fools if they go back on that and grant Haye a license. That being said if they do fight Haye will stop Chisora around the 7/8th round.

At the moment Haye has said nothing about this. The last thing he said was that he's not interested in fighting Chisora just after the incident in Germany. Money talks though and is frog eyes gives Haye a good guaranteed purse Haye will most likely be up for it.
